House
We looked at a rental house yesterday and are trying to decide if we should take it. We told the people we would, but are having second thoughts. Mostly, because we don't feel like moving. The house is the same square footage as this one, but it is decades older and so the layout makes it feel smaller. There are 2 bedrooms instead of 3, but there is a family room that we would use as a bedroom. The pluses are that it has a HUGE amazing backyard with a beautiful deck, and a full spot for a garden. We got them to lower the rent to $25 less than what we pay now. But between utilities and cable, everything would be even in the end. It is in a nice neighborhood, a great school district, and is 2 blocks from BYU campus. And with me starting school in January, that would be convenient not only for Justin, but for me too! No railroad tracks next to us... An actual fenced in yard... BUT no Porter Park across the street. And the house is old, but VERY clean. That is Justin's top criteria. I was all gung ho about it, and now I just don't know... What do you think???

Do the pros out-weigh the cons? Only you can say. Personally, I hate moving and avoid it at all costs. But if the bigger yard, proximity to campus, and the school district make it worthwhile... well, then go for it!
