Chicken Wings Recipe

Last night we had a wonderful dinner. It was so yummy!!! And I don't think it was just because we had been fasting. We had Chicken Soy Wings, (recipe to follow) couscous, (my kids absolutely LOVE this!) and a veggie. ANd for dessert we had a cake called Chocolate Covered Stawberries Cake. Oh, YUM! But I was good. I only had a couple of bites of the cake... Anyway, the wings are a great make ahead type meal, and very tasty. My kids absolutely love them too! So, enjoy! Place chicken wings in a glass casserole dish in one layer. Then in a small saucepan on the stove combine, 1/2 Cup (that is not a typo) garlic (from a press, or minced from a jar) 4 Tbsp brown sugar, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 Cup water. Bring to a light boil. Then add mixture of cold water and corn starch to thicken slightly. (Just so it is more saucy than watery.) Pour over wings and cook uncovered in 350 oven for 1 hour. I have made these in the morning and put them in the fridge and then cooked them up for dinner later. They are so good!!!
