The Adventures of us...

We are home! After a very long vacation (a week and a half) we are home. And oh so glad to be here. We all had a stomach virus. This left the kids throwing up and Justin and me in bed. We were pretty miserable. It is probably because I had no more TUMS left... Anyway that made our trip a little less enjoyable. But on Friday night my mom and dad and sister watched ALL of the kids. Well, less one twin. So 7 kiddos! And Justin and I went out to dinner and then to see the DaVinci Code with my two brothers and their wives. It was so fun! We loved the movie! Even the irrepressible synic, Justin who found it "Very entertaining." We shopped till we dropped and got tons of clothes at Kohl's for the kids!!! What an amazing store! I wish we had one near here! And we got a set of new Kitchen Aid pots and pans for half off! And they are blue to match my kitchen!! Yea!!! On Thurs we went to the temple with my parents and did sealings for some of our own ancestors which was so cool! We have never done that before and it was so neat. The spirit was so strong!!! We watched the LOST finale on Wed which might have been the highlight of the trip... just because I LOVED IT!!!! Can you believe that show!?!?!?!? I was able to see my great friend, Chelsi. I totally miss her. It is hard to be far from good friends. The kids got a ride on my dad's new Harley... yes, a Harley. My niece said to my dad, "I didn't know old men could buy motorcycles." To which my dad replied. "I'm not an old man." She said, "Yes you are, you're a grandpa aren't you?" And the kids got bad sunburns and are peeling. Even though I put sunscreen on. That is the last time I use WalMart brand! Over all it was a success. Caroline graduates from Kindergarten this week and will be out of school on friday. Which gives up about 2 weeks before Justin starts school again. SOOOO stay tuned for more adventures!
