Update

Dad is doing well, considering. Lots of miracles were involved. My stupid father was not wearing a helmet, but is ok! I cannot believe that! He has quite a bit of road rash, but no injury where his garments cover his body which is a total miracle. I spoke to Dad today and he seems in good spirits. The surgery tomorrow is to clean out the wound. They basically just put everything together last night. He has had a bit of a temp. which is scary b/c that could indicate infection, which would mean losing his foot. We are just going to just pray hard. And be grateful for what we do have.
