These are some of the pics from Lorelai's "birthday party." We just wrapped up some of Hilton's old baby toys and gave them to her. She was excited! She LOVED eating the cake. We let her have at it and she ate the whole piece! Some people think it was mean and cruel to give her used toys... I did get a little ribbing from some friends. But you gotta do what you gotta do, when you are poor... anyway, it was still fun and she has pictures for her book and everything is good!

I think it is ridiculous to give babies new toys...like she knows the difference. That cake looks delicious!
Re-Cycling Toys is also very environmentally friendly:o) What a great idea...she'll never know the difference! I hope Uncle David is improving...I've been meaning to call you, but we were out of town this weekend when everything happened. I'll call soon!
