My last baby turned 2 on Sunday! She is so big now! Lorelai loves Elmo. She loves to sing and dance to Hannah Montana songs and the opening of all the Disney Channel shows that the big kids watch. She is not a fan of tv. She gets bored with it and would rather be doing something else. She loves to read books. That is probably one of her favorite activities. She loves to be outside and has discovered the fun of swimming. She doesn't want me to hold onto her anymore because she has floaties. She would prefer to float around on her own. Lorelai wants to be just like her big sister and play with her all the time. She is less of a fan of her big brother, he seems to get all up in her grill too much, but when he is being silly and jumping around, she laughs and can tolerate his presence. She loves to play ring-around-the-rosy, and to do the Conga with the big kids. They go around the house in a Conga line singing, "Cha cha cha cha cha cha!" Lorelai loves her Papa. She runs to him screaming Papa whenever he comes in the door. She loves to snuggle with him in the big recliner with her binki and her favorite Blankie and Bear. I have never had a child so attached to a blanket and stuffed animal before. She cannot sleep without them. Lorelai is not much of a talker. Early Steps came last week and tested her and said that she has the speech skills of a 14 month old, but I am not worried. She qualifies for services and maybe when we get to Idaho we will get her enrolled there. But she communicates pretty effectively with us. We know she loves us by her big hugs and kisses.

hmmmm I wonder where she would have gotten her love for books ;)
Wow! I can still remember when you were prego and she was just born! She is adorable and I love your thoughts on her. What a special little one:)
oops I forgot to sign that from Ginny Nelson for the previous post since there seems to be 2 'Ginny's'!
