FALL!!!!
It is actually chilly today! I mean in the 40's when I took the kids to school! I am not kidding! I love the weather like this. I am going to put really cute warm clothes on Lorelai. I am going to have some peppermint tea. I am going to bake something. I am going to go to the library and get a really good book and sit on the couch with my warm blanket that my mother-in-law gave me for Christmas one year and I am going to wear my slippers. I am going to make something for dinner like soup that is warm and inviting and bake some bread to go with it. I am going to open up the blinds without worrying that it will get too hot in the house! I am going to rejoice when the air conditioning doesn't kick on today! And tomorrow, I am sure I will be sweating again.

It actually feels like winter here in Maryland today...brrrrr I am all for sitting on the couch with a warm blanket. What ya gonna read??? I am currently reading the Alchemist...really good! I am making creamy chicken noodle soup for dinner tonight (it's Cyndi's yummy recipe). I should get your bread recipe. I can count on like one hand how many times I have attempted homemade bread...I am horrible at it. But I've promised myself to try this winter. All the recipe's I have found require a stand mixer...do I really need one? How do you do it?
