Well, I went and bought the stefanie Meyer book today at Sam's with Justin making fun of me the whole time... (I wish he had stayed at home.) He said that the saddest part is that it will take me 2 hours of work to pay for that book... True, but oh well! I have not been sleeping lately. When I was a teenager and in my early twenties that I had insomnia really bad. It is back. For about the past week I have not been able to fall asleep. And if I wake in the middle of the night I can't go back to sleep. So last night I did not go to sleep until 4:30 am. I got a total of 2 hours of sleep! I am used to not going to sleep until anout 1am or 1:30, but 4:30? Come on! Anyway... Lorelai is sleeping through the night though!!! Isn't that wonderful! It has been almost a week now. She has woken up the lst 2 nights, but she just cries for a couple of minutes and then goes back to sleep. This is a major accomplishment! We did go to the ENT today and found she needs to get tubes put in her ears because of her many ear infections. But maybe this will help her to talk soon! Maybe she will say Momma! Anyway, my dad is home from the hospital and doing remarkably well. They were thinking he would need one more skin graft, but now they are saying that he is healing so well that he may not need it! What a great blessing. School starts for Caroline tomorrow. We met the kids' teachers today and they are really excited to get started. Hilton has some testing tomorrow and they starts full-time next Friday. Justin is out of school for another week or so. He is doing all of the laundry and keeping the house clean. I am ready to start reading and zoning out for a couple of days. At least when I am not at work....
