I think it's cute and I think you need to brighten it up with some highlights or overall blond color. Strange advice coming from me I know but you obviously care about how your hair looks so turn up the volume, gal! :)

Ok...wow...you and i must be on the same plane. We both said we needed haircuts and then we both did it...the same way!!! Granted mine is a longer version of yours. The back is up to the nape of my neck and the front brushes my shoulders but it is an A-line too! I love it and you look fabulous!
Yeah, that's a good cut for sure.
