Poor Goldy

I am afraid we had a death in the family. Goldy died of natural causes yesterday. She was a teeny tiny goldfish so I didn't expect her to live long. But Caroline is devastated. In the morning when she fed her she was fine, swimming happily. Then in the afternoon when she checked on her, she was gone. To a better place. The giant goldfish bowl in the sky. This does not in the least console Caroline. I told her we could get another one, but she said no way. She doesn't want another one to die on her again. So we might get another Beta. When the mourning period is over.
