Bubble gum eyelashes
If you have never gotten bubble gum stuck in your eyelashes, you might not know that there is really not much you can do to remedy the situation. Once again, my adventurous son has found a way to confound me. You can't do the normal things you might do with bubble gum in your hair. You can't cut it out or use peanut butter. It is much too close to the eye. I tried peeling it off and almost took out all of his beautiful eyelashes. So for now, he just has to live with bubble gum in his eyelashes. It doesn't seem to effect him much. He looks like he has a skin growth over his eye. I thought the bead in the ear yesterday could not be topped. I was wrong.

Thank you, JL. This post and the one before it made me giggle. Just what I needed this evening.
Hmmmm. . . Denver managed to stuff silly putty in his ear not too long after they put tubes in his ears. That was pretty sticky and messy. If you have any of that stuff, put it away quick, so he won't get it tomorrow. Sorry about the bubblegum eyelashes. Noah has been walking around with a bubblegum moustache ever since he started blowing bubbles. Of course, I can wash that off with soap and water. Probably would sting if you tried it on Hilton. But then again, maybe he'd think twice before he ever did it again. But that's my mean side talking. Sorry friend, "stick" in there--things can't get much worse, he doesn't have that many crevices left.
Wow JL! I thought Paige managed to get into some tight spots with things of that nature but nothing tops the bead in the ear and then bubble gum eyelashes! Sounds like he really keeps you on your toes. Definitately something to look back on later and laugh!
