We closed on the House!!!!!!!!!!

Can I even express the relief and joy that I feel right now?  Even better than Christmas!  The anticipation has been agonizing, but it was all worth it.  We have a home that is ours.  We are renting it back to the sellers for a few weeks, but that works out great for us.  So we plan on moving the first of July.  It has been a long and arduous process, but one that I learned a lot through.  I know more about how a bill becomes a law, how interest rates work, how to buy a home, than I ever thought or needed to know.  This was a good thing.  I tell you that more good things could not have happened.  Not only are we getting the tax refund, but we got an incredible interest rate, everything is working out with our lease...  We have been so incredibly blessed throughout this time.  Even though it has been a roller coaster ride, but in the end, it was all worth it.
