And, as I type on my com-pooh-ter, I don't mean to pooh-pooh Hilton's use of certain language like some nincompoop, but I just want to get on my proverbial poop deck and teach him some manners until I am all pooped out!

The house looks awesome! I hope it works out! Don't worry too much about those kids- they are fantastic and we miss them and you :)
