My friend, Kari took these pictures at the Children's Parade on Saturday. She has an amazing talent! I wish I could put her in my purse and keep her as my personal photographer! We had a really great time at the Children's Parade. Caroline was with a friend and we did not catch up with her until the end of the parade. We went to another parade today. Mom and Justin and all 3 kids were there today! Dad couldn't make it and was totally bummed. We had a lot of fun catching beads, but the Children's Parade is definitely the best one and the only one we will go to from now on.

Kari IS good! I love those pictures. I have never been to the Children's Parade..I heard it was the best too. We will have to try that one next year. You can look on my blog and see what I thought of the parade THIS year! lol! :)

I have to add that I am very sad to see Lorelai in overalls and a henley...very sad indeed.
Look at that adorable brown-bobbed little doll in overalls. How cute is she? I think I need one of those in my family. . . except not. That would require getting pregnant and adding another baby to my already full load. But glad you share yours with us. She's darling!
Wow! Lorelai looks so much older with her hair cut. That is her, right? Looks like fun times.
I totally remember Mardi Gras, the parades, the beads, Kings cake with the little baby hidden inside. Something that is truly Louisiana!
