Sunday and Birthdays
It is Sunday morning and I am sure I should be soing something spiritual, but instead I am blogging. We are in a new ward now and have church at 1:00. I hate it. The only good thing about it is that we get to change in January! I like going in the morning. THen I have plenty of time to fix dinner. When we get home at 4, everyone is starving, and it takes at least an hour to make dinner and by then everyone has snacked like crazy and doesn't want to eat what I have prepared.
Just to let everyone know, I have lost those 5 lbs that I gained back. It is not all that encouraging because I am still stuck at 21 lbs lost. I was really hoping to have lost 33 lbs by my 33rd birthday and my birthday is coming in just 2 weeks. So it is not going to happen. But I am grateful I have lost the weight that I have lost.
Caroline's birthday is coming up soon. 5 weeks. She told me she wants a pink party. This makes things very easy for me. We will decorate all in pink, she wants pink streamers and balloons and everything pink. She wants a great big tall pink cake, that the girls can all decorate with pink candy. She wants pink food and pink drinks, and pink party favors. THat sounds great to me! Very inexpensive too! Horray for PINIK!

We have 1:00 church too. 1:00 is my least favorite time slot. Morning is much better.
That's a tough slot for sure. Try some crock pot recipes--then when you get home the whole house will smell delicious and you can sit right down and eat.
The pink party sounds fab. Take pictures so we can see how it turns out.
G'luck with the weight loss--sounds like you're doing wonderfully!
You'll have the whole morning to fix dinner! Oh, joy! Maybe Sunday should be Papa's day to make dinner and you make the dessert.
